Shipping Process In POL (Shipping To Shenzhen From Korea)
Once the plan was approved by the client, we immediately contacted our agent in Korea. We informed them of the client’s plan and asked them to reach out to the shipper for the Booking, Commercial Invoice (CI), and Packing List (PL) to proceed with booking, pickup, and customs clearance. Considering the client’s specific situation and requirements, we chose EMC as the shipping line.
After confirming the sailing schedule, our agent at the port of origin booked space with Evergreen and, upon receiving the Shipping Order (SO), arranged for a vehicle to pick up the goods and take them back to the terminal. We submitted the necessary documents and arranged customs clearance, waiting for release and loading. Once the container was on the EMC ship, our agent at the port of origin sent us the Bill of Lading (BL), CI, and PL, completing the tasks at the origin port.

Upon receiving the email, we quickly prepared the required documents for the shipping line and paid the fees at the destination port. We then arranged for the exchange of documents and customs clearance.
